The Honourable Member,
Direct Tax, Mr. Irfan Nadeem, visited the
Regional Tax Office (RTO), Karachi on
30-10-2008. His visit was focused upon the
receipt and processing of returns of income
at the RTO, Karachi. He along with the
Director General, RTO, Karachi visited the
Tax Facilitation Desk and the various
counters set up to receive returns. He
ensured that the payments of taxes at the
National Bank Branch are speedy. He took a
keen interest in the process of scanning the
returns in batches received so far. He
expressed satisfaction over the method and
pace of data capturing. |
