The income Tax Bar Association of Karachi held a
seminar on Investment Tax Scheme, 2008. The chief
guest of the seminar was Mr. Asrar Raouf, Director
General, Regional Tax Office, Karachi. The main
speaker of the seminar was Dr. Tauqeer Irtiza,
Additional Commissioner, of Income Tax. In his
comprehensive and complete presentation, he
encompassed all the major issues. A very useful
feedback on the scheme was witnessed in the lively
question & answer session that followed the main
