In terms of ECC of the Cabinet’s decision in Case No. ECC-56/07/2012 dated 15th May, 2012 the concessionary rate of customs duty on raw material namely Tin Mill Black Plate (TMBP) used in manufacturing Electrolytic Tin Plate (ETP) has further been reduced from 15% to 10% through amending notification No. SRO 767(I)/2012 dated 22nd June, 2012.
