AUCTION NOTICE
 

The Collectorate of Customs, Port Muhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi shall conduct auction at Qasim International Container Terminal and Off Dock Freight Terminal (NAML & QFS) Port Qasim w.e.f. 14/04/2008 at 1000am onwards. The fresh as well as left over/rejected lots of previous schedules containing different types of machinery, Contectionary, Furniture, Shelves and Lights, Garments, Misc-cloths, cut pieces, Spare parts, Aluminium foils scrap, electric appliances, tyre & tubes PVC pipe, paper in roll, remeltable scrap, Waste Paper, Chemicals, old and used photo copier machines, used monitors, electronic items, metal scrap, wood, cotton, acrylic tow, vehicles and other miscellaneous items etc, shall be put to auction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

                                        i)    Auction will be conducted will be conducted on "as is where is" basis.
                                        ii)   25% of the bid will have to be deposited on the fall of hammer.
                                        iii)  Bidders will have to bring national identity cards.
                                        iv)  Pay orders should be in the name of Model Customs Collectorate, PortMuhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi.
                                        v)  Pay orders should not have expiry dates.
                                       vi)  Any willing participant can paticipate in auction by way of submission of sealed tenders/private offers with
                                            25% pay orders of the bid in the name of  Model Customs Collectorate, PortMuhammad Bin Qasim, Karachi
                                            before the auction of a particular lot (lot number should be clearly mentioned on the envelope of the sealed offer).


                            Note:    The auction shall be conducted at QICT, (NAML & QFS) as per following program
