Shifting to Selected User Server

New features for GD Preparation version 7.0

• Minimized the Server Down issue, if server is down than web service automatically update the available server, (prerequisite required is that you should have MS Office 2003 or above)

• All the additional information e.g. NTN, Bond Warehousing, In Bond number etc  now update during send , no need to go on web site for all updates.

• GD inquiry is also available in the Desktop application, no need to go to web site for inquiry.

• Auto updating of structured description and all reference data is also include.

Step 1   :  Download New EGD version 7.0

 go to

Step 2 :   Installation

Unzip and run the setupex.exe file ,  complete the installation

Default  installation location is C:\Program Files\PRAL\EGDXS2008

Step 3:   Prepare and Send GD

Prepare your GD through this software  

Go to e-filing option , please fill all additional information according to your GD type , Prepared data for e-filing and Send.

You can view your GD status by clicking the “Check GD status “ option

How to Restore Historic Data

You can restore your previously feeded GD data , follow the following steps

1. Copy the SADDB97.mdb into  C:\Program Files\PRAL\EGDXS2008 or where your GD preparation program installed.
2. Run the  GD Preparation  software now and click the disk preparation option.
3. Click the button “ Update Historic Data “
